Every partner in the Avid Target Marketing network agrees to a single standard of conduct, quality, and communication. This is not a wish list — it is the minimum requirement for participation. Partners who consistently exceed this standard advance through the tier system and earn more work.

DELIVERY ON TIME, EVERY TIME

Partners commit to agreed turnaround times at the point of SOW acceptance. A missed deadline without prior notice is a strike. Three strikes result in removal from the network. We protect our clients by protecting our commitments.

WHITE-LABEL CONFIDENTIALITY

All White-Label Track partners operate under a signed NDA. The client relationship belongs to Avid Target Marketing. Partners may not contact ATM clients directly, solicit them for independent work, or disclose their involvement in any deliverable.

QUALITY ABOVE MINIMUM VIABLE

Every deliverable must be reviewed against the client brief before submission. 'Good enough' is not the ATM standard. If a deliverable does not meet the brief, it must be revised before submission — not after the client sees it.

TRANSPARENT COMMUNICATION

If a scope is unclear, ask before you start — not after you've delivered the wrong thing. If you encounter a blocker, communicate it immediately. Silence is the most expensive problem in any project.

ACCURATE REPORTING

All performance reports must use the ATM reporting template and reflect actual data. Inflated metrics, cherry-picked timeframes, or misleading visualizations are grounds for immediate removal from the network.

ETHICAL PRACTICE

No black-hat SEO, no fake reviews, no misleading ad copy, no data harvesting beyond what is necessary for the scope. ATM partners operate to the highest ethical standard in every vertical. Our clients trust us — and we trust you.

FIRST STRIKE

Written notice from ATM. A documented conversation about what went wrong and how it will be corrected.

SECOND STRIKE

Temporary suspension from new project assignments. A formal performance review is conducted.

THIRD STRIKE

Removal from the partner network. All active projects are transitioned. No appeal process.

Strikes are issued for: missed deadlines without notice, quality failures, NDA violations, communication blackouts, and ethical violations. Strikes reset after 12 months of clean performance.

The tier system rewards consistent performance with more work, better projects, and eventually access to the ATM Bid Portal. All new partners begin at Tier 3.

TIER 3 — WINDOW PARTNER

Entry level. First 1–3 projects. Performance is evaluated on delivery quality, turnaround, and communication. Advancement to Tier 2 requires three successful projects with no strikes.

TIER 2 — OPTIONS PARTNER

Vetted and trusted. Available for regular overflow and scalable work. Advancement to Tier 1 requires 6+ months of consistent performance and a minimum of 10 completed projects.

TIER 1 — POSITIONING PARTNER

Deeply embedded. Trained on ATM standards, integrated into workflows, and handling brand-critical or high-volume work. First access to the bid portal when it launches.

The standard runs both ways. Avid Target Marketing commits to every partner in the network:

Clear, complete SOWs before every project starts
Payment within net-15 of client payment receipt
Honest performance feedback — not silence
First right of refusal on repeat client work
Advance notice of scope changes or cancellations
A single point of contact for every project
No undercutting — we will never go direct to your subcontractors
